SQAT

SQAT featured in Innovation News Network magazine

SQAT has been featured in the latest edition of the Innovation News Network magazine, which explores how cutting-edge research and space-based technologies are contributing to solutions on Earth.

In this special issue focused on Earth observation and space innovation, SQAT is presented as an example of how satellite data, robotics and soil sensors can be combined to support more sustainable and efficient agricultural practices.

The article (pages 28–29) highlights how the project:

  • delivers high-resolution soil property maps
  • supports more precise and data-driven farming decisions
  • helps reduce input use while maintaining productivity
  •

The feature places SQAT within a broader context of technologies that are transforming how we monitor and manage our planet – from space-based observation systems to practical applications in agriculture.
